I have just ordered some Fimo Soft - I have never made anything in polymer clay before, and (although I have read about it) wonder if any of you can give me any tips.... Carmie

Here are my tips: get a pasta machine for conditioning it, and don't over work it or you'll end up with butter. Work on a spotlessly clean surface and keep some baby wipes handy to clean smears of colours off tools and surfaces as you're working, otherwise you'll end up with some interesting colour combinations that you didn't intend!
