Hi Angie

I can't help you with your question but I think the metalsmiths who can might need to know what you intend to use the sheet for - I assume different thicknesses suit different things.

I have not used siver as thin as this so cannot say for definite but I do have some .3 copper sheet and I have not used it yet cos I think it will be very difficult to smooth the edges enough to stop them being sharp. It also bends too easily. If you can afford it you could buy a bit of each from Cooksons and have a play around - as well as sheet cut to your size they sell ready cut disks in different thicknesses.
