Me home too, AND I stayed within budget! Met almost everyone from here, except Whizzz I think, and all in all had a lovely day and came away with some gorgeous beads. Babysat Julie's stall for a short time but I could have stayed there all day just ogling!
Ooh and it seems that I have acquired a sister, Alibongo! But I'll never have legs as long as hers and she has better taste in clothes than me
Was so nice meeting everyone though, off to drool over my stash now.

I've just got back - nightmare journey back due to accident just outside Ashbourne, had to do a massive detour.
Anyway, had a fab time, met loads of beady peeps, I think Caroline and Helen were actually lying in wait for me outside the door - mmmm did Caroline now I had something for her Think I saw everyone apart from Whizz. Did my good deed for the day and got a cuppa for Julie and was asked several times if Nia and I were related, even by non forum people I'd swap my long legs for your beady talent any day, Nia I was rather cheeky at doobeadoo's stall and asked if there were any biccies left (it was later in the day) and I was offered a lovely selection - thanks Sue. Oh, and I stayed within budget - just.
Right, tea time, hubby has excelled himself and made a 'homemade' lasagne - yummmy _________________ Alison

I'm back too. I had a fab time, and I think I met everyone except Whizz - maybe next time? It was really lovely to meet everyone and to be able to put faces to names. I'm trying to count up how many we were, but I haven't got enough fingers.
I think Alison and Nia were separated at birth! Definitely twins!
I wondered where you disappeared to Caroline!
Thank you for the biscuits Sue! Doobeadoo are great hosts _________________ Dragonfly (Lynne)

It was a great day. UK beaders were well represented. I too spoke to everyone except Whizz and I couldn't get near Jeanette and her One Key beads to say hi.
Spent up to my limit today as there were so many great things. Once again, not good for seed beaders as even Beads Direct didn't bring many of their lines. Thank goodness for fine lines and Bead trail where I got what I needed. Had to go out for lunch afterwards and so I am absolutely shattered tonight. I m really glad its a Bank Holiday tomorrow.
So whens the next fair??????? _________________ Amy

Oh, I believe that'll be Newmarket, 22nd June ... can't wait!
Hi all *weary wave* I've just got home after dinner with the in-laws - I thought they lived near Nantwich but it turned out they're almost an hour's drive away, in the wrong direction
Great day, thanks to my special helper twins, and everybody else that stopped by - I have a feeling maybe a couple of you remained anonymous? _________________ Julie :0)

well I am just recovering now!phew I am shattered!
ABSOLUTELY FAB to meet all you guys- I was rather surprised to be met with Nia saying "you're Cathy"lol I dont remember posting a pic of me!!lmao
it took me ages cos I had to go round saying hi to everyone before i actually bought anything! I came in just under budget- it wasnt a huge budget but I think I bought bits off everyone! Rather bored hubby and sons but we had a lovely pub lunch too!
wasnt it good when someone turned the air con on? hubby said someone complained and they switched it on- we must remember that they have it for next time!
I came home with some lovely lampies, some pearls and bits for a commission, and I did buy a few little pressies for my daughter..even though she owes me money already for a jumper I bought her in the sales!lol
I am doing as little as is humanly possible today! I shall wear walking boots next time- my feet are killing me!
Peter- my clare says she has " got to learn to do that"after she saw you beading cabs!, and she also wants a go and lampworking! looks like she has some pocket money saving to do!lol _________________ Cathy

Oh what a brilliant day
Lovely to see some familiar faces again and meet a whole pile of new ones.
What a shame we brought some biscuits home now what shall we do with them (as if!) Known fact that chocolate biscuits don't keep.......
See you all soon _________________ Life's a dance you learn as you go, sometimes you lead , sometimes you follow.
