May - June challenge theme: The garden of Eden

I did ask... but nobody answered soooo, I'm entering my rose garden lol. The reason being (apart from the flowers linking), I've just seen the lillies in the garden that I bought my mum last year and they are exactly the same colour - bright vivid orange Mr. Green

So therefore, it all links and I'm happy lol.

My goodness, the entries this challenge are all so beautiful. It will be a shame when it's over. Everyone has done such a fantastic job I am in awe. :cheer:

Sorry I didn't answer before (only just noticed the question :oops).

As far as I'm concerned it's perfectly fine to enter a piece made from a pattern or kit if you want to. The judging is all done by our members so they will decide on how creative and well they think someones entry is, and if it fits the theme well.

The only entries that would be banned/removed would be pretending that you made something you didn't or pretending you made up a design to fit the challenge theme when you deliberately copied it from someone/somewhere else without permission.

The sequins are Gutterman and I found these ones in John Lewis. I love using sequins as they give a great effect, very light to wear and a fun alternative to using beads.

I am new to the forum and haven't done any beading in a long time - too busy making beads but the designs on this challenge are truly inspirations - may have to pick up a needle.

Here's my entry to the Garden of Eden challenge. Thought I'd best not wait until the 11th hour this time. These are from a pattern by Donna Graves called Inviting Vine that was in a "bracelets supplement" bundled with B&B a few months ago. I've done 5 so far, only have 2 right now! They are very quick to make up. Unfortunately the leaf beads seem pretty pale in the photo.
