Difficult question, as it all depends on how much you want to spend per person. The top hat favour boxes tend to be a little more expensive as they are solid (so postage is more expensive as they don't flat pack, and not so easy to make by hand).

can be attached to any plain boxes, tins, organza bags etc to fit a particular favour.
As for actual favours, depending on the type of wedding (and budget) I think fortune cookies (you can get special wedding ones, or just use normal ones) are cute, and great value. Otherwise spending a bit more on favours that don't need boxes, I like...

I made 60 top hat favour boxes for my wedding 3 weeks ago and providing you have a solid former to make up the side pieces and hold the shape whilst the top is glued in they are really quite easy. anyone interested in more info give me a shout
