They are beautiful, I love the colours and the sandy, gravely background goes so well with it.
I love fossils, we have the blue lias clay the same as Lyme Regis under our fields and we find loads of ammonites in our stream. Most of them are encased in rock hard blue clay but if they have been in the stream a long time the fossils are exposed. On our land about 5 miles away we find the creamy colour flat ammonites they have beautiful patterns on them like interlocking oak leaves.

Mark Harpo GONE Heather - he's mine, bought and paid for.... Thanks! |
LOL Andrea - I'm so glad you managed to get Harpocerus. I'm sure he will be very happy in his new Italian home. Thank you. _________________ Heather

I love Lyme Regis and Charmouth, they are both about 15 miles from me.
I have actually just got back from Lyme as they had a firework display at the cobb tonight so we went out for the evening.
