Most seed beads are size 11s. You can buy them almost any where. Take a look at

to start off with. They have Japanes seeds which are very uniform in size and shape. If that is not a problem then you could go for any seeds - even (shhh don't admit it!) the ones at Hobbycraft or your local craft centre. I have one near me which is attached to a garden centre and they have been which are great for freeform stuff as they are very uneven. IMHO Czech seeds are also uneven, but many people would shout me down on that.

Size 10 is still common in Czech seed beads - it's only a tiny bit smaller than, say, a Japanese Miyuki size 11 (which is what Beadmerchant and Stitch'n'Craft sell) - Westcoast Jewellery have lots of lovely colours of Czech seeds by the hank, and Creative Beadcraft also have a good stock, hth - if you google for them they should pop up!
Just to confuse you, the seeds in tubes in Hobbycraft will likely be Gutermann size 9, a bit bigger!

This is a piccy of Toho 11/0 (2mm) Ruby Silver Lined
Comes in 10g packs

Not quite as deep coloured as Garnet, but sometimes a contrast is good

And its either the picture or the beads but they dont look right to me, they look wonky! I dont know what size they are either.

The seed beads are only used along edges for joing weaving together, will it make much difference using 11/0 to using 10/0 that it says to use?

You could try Spellboundbeads, they sell size 10 seed beads. I often buy from them.
