not sure if i can enter this, but here you go. It's made from a mixture of textured glass pearls and smooth pearls, czech glass beads, and swarovksis.

There are some really beautiful entries on here. Here's my attempt called Sorrento sunset...

...Imagine you are on an Italian beach. The sun is just going down and the waves are gently lapping at your feet. You saunter into a buzzing little cafe to be greeted by an exotic Neapolotan sundae. Above the delicate layers of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream, a mountain of fresh strawberries bathed in chocolate sauce are delicately balanced. This is topped with vanilla and white chocolate shells adorned by a light spinkling of cocoa powder...

This mental image inspired me to create and photograph the bracelet below. The bead is my crude attempt at a neopolitan lampwork bead. It isn't totally round, I'm afraid. I think some of the ice cream must have melted! The silver discs, clasp and bead caps are sterling silver. The beads consist of chocolate cats eye, "strawberry ice cream" rose opal swaros interspersed with minature shells.

I'm afraid I got a bit carried away with the photos and couldn't resist the ice cream!

Thanks for looking
Sam Heart

Wow Sam that was a lovely little get away in my head! Then I looked at your bracelet and it's all there - I think your lampie bead is great and it all goes together so well. Sweet - pun intended! Very Happy

Well here's my little contribution for this month. The pictures are really crappy but unfortunately I'm off to work and busy tonight. I may take the pics again if I end up having time before tomorrow. Fun colours to work with. I thought I should try the asymetrical thing. Don't think I did too well at that. There's a silver chain around the back of the neck that doesn't show in the photo.

Switched out the first photo but I'm not sure it's much better!

This pendant is fashioned from pink fp beads and cream ceylon seed beads using right angle weave and embelished with some matte semi transparent brown seed beeds on a brown faux suede thong.

Sorry no tasty name

I promised myself I would enter this challenge... I've been thinking about it all month, but only realised about half an hour ago that it finished today! So I have just made this spectacle chain in the required colours. I don't think I've posted a spec chain before on the forum, but I make (and sell) loads of them.
This one features some lovely little beads from Jillybeads in shades of pink and brown and some cream Mikuyi cubes - and gold plated fittings.
Sorry about the photo - had to take it in artifical light.

All the entries are fantastic and it will be hard to choose a favourite. As KK is away does anyone know if we should wait till she's back before voting?

KK usually tells us when it's time to vote. Not sure what we'll do this time Sad
