My colleagues at work arranged a birthday cake complete with candles last week. I kept the candles, washed the chocolate off them, melted them down and poured the wax into a face mould. I have surrounded it with air dry clay to protect it and scribed the date into the clay on the back. I was tempted to keep the wicks too but even I couldn't find a use for them. :-)
