As I'm sure you'll all agree, we love a good chat here at UK Beaders and there's nothing like a good old fashioned debate.
Having said that recent posting has warranted me to poke my head up from beneath the rock under which I lurk, I come bearing a message and the message is thus:
While I encourage you to exchange your views and opinions on all manner of things beady try to be subjective in how you view the posts of others, just because someone doesn't agree with you it doesn't mean that you or they are wrong and also it doesn't mean that their expressed view is a personal attack/assault/affront/declaration of war etc.
After all one mans water is another mans whine.
Now neither Kitsch nor I take any pleasure in the need to delete or lock posts, and till recently there hasn't been a need to do so.
However......
The community here continues to grow and expand at a rate far greater than either of us expected and while this is by no means a bad thing

it does mean that we have a greater range of views, and a greater potential for misunderstanding.
Some of you may think I'm stating the obvious there but all I want is that this community continues to grow with a minimum of upset.
Therefore once again remember that opinions can differ even over the smallest things and that if any of you do have any problems then take them to myself or Kitsch as opposed to airing them on the forums.
We're only a PM away.
Happy Beading guys and gals.
