Hi
I have been interested in making jewellery for a while but I never decided to take the plunge and start!! Surfing the net a few weeks ago I came across lampworking and the amazing beads you can make, I am hook!!
Anyone knows where I can do a course in London or surroundings?
I am doing a short jewellery course at Citi lit in a few weeks time, but I'd love to try lampworking.

I guess nobody has replied because they don't know the answer.
Have you tried googling it?

Take a look at the British Lampwork site, several of the artists there live somewhere in reach of you, perhaps not in London but certainly an easy train-ride out of the city.

We have students regularly book from the south, because we are located in a town on a main rail line, so they can get to the studio and home again the same day, or else treat themselves to an overnight stay in a B&B.

The link for BritLamp is in my signature line below.

Jean only teaches beading, but I think the original query was for learning to make lampworked beads.
